Return Policy

Customers can request a return within 7 days of delivery. The 7‑day period starts from the date shown on the courier tracking as “delivered”.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags and accessories. We may refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Items not eligible for return include:

• Products marked “final sale” or “non‑returnable” on the product page

• Underwear, cosmetics, personal care, and hygiene products

• Digital products or gift cards

• Items damaged due to customer misuse or not in original condition.

To start a return, customers must email buyva.shop@gmail.com with order ID, product photos, and reason for return. Returns sent without approval or to the wrong address may be rejected.

Customers must pack the product securely. Depending on the pincode, we may arrange a pickup or ask the customer to ship it to our return address. Unless mentioned otherwise, customer pays the return shipping cost.
