Refund Policy


  • After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify the customer by email whether the refund has been approved or rejected.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.). Actual credit time depends on the bank or payment provider.

  • For Cash‑on‑Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued as bank transfer or UPI transfer to the details provided by the customer; COD charges and original shipping fees are non‑refundable.

  • If the product received is defective, damaged, or wrong item, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video. After verification, we may offer a full refund, free replacement, or store credit, including return shipping, at our discretion.

  • In cases where the courier marks an order as delivered but the customer has not received it, we will raise a complaint with the courier. Refunds in such cases are processed only after the courier’s investigation is completed.

  • We do not offer refunds for delay caused by courier or factors beyond our control, but we support customers in tracking and resolving such issues
